Frequently Asked Questions

1. I am not on the Big Island. Will you still design my website?

Yes, within the United States. We are located on the Big Island of Hawaii and most of our customers are Big Island small businesses; however, our Hawaii Website Design services are also available to customers located on neighbor islands and across the country.

2. This is my first website. What initial costs are associated with a website?

You will need the website itself (the design that we make for you), a name for your website (domain name), and a place to store your website files for viewing on the internet (website hosting).

We will design your website for you. If you have already registered a domain name and signed up for monthly website hosting, we will get your website up and running with your current domain and hosting (unless you want to switch service). If not, we will register your domain name and set up your website hosting.

3. Do you provide domain names?

Yes, we will get you set up with a domain name when you order your website.

4. Do you provide website hosting?

Yes, for our customers. Plans start at $9.95/month.

5. What is the difference between a website and a web page?

A web page is one section (one page) of information. This list of Frequently Asked Questions is a web page.

Every time you click on a button you arrive at a different web page. For example, if you click on "Contact" in the buttons above, you will arrive on the "Contact Us" web page.

A website is the total combination of all of the web pages. Our website is located at www.infinityconsulting.com and is a combination of many seperate web pages, which you can get to by clicking on buttons and links.

6. Who are some of your customers?

Some of the businesses we have provided work for include Simply Natural restaurant in Honokaa, Hawaii, InGear Transmission in Fremont, California, Richard B. Rocker, Realtor, in Kamuela, Hawaii, Alembic International in Honokaa, Hawaii, TLC Freight Lines, Inc, in Los Angeles, California, Paulo Sanches Mechanic, in Honokaa, Hawaii, Hamakua Fudge Shop, in Honokaa, Hawaii, Cordon Technologies, in Paauilo, Hawaii, Tuna Action Videos, in Hilo, Hawaii, and The Lost Colony Foundation, in Honokaa, Hawaii. Samples of our work are available in our design portfolio and you can view customer testimonials in our Testimonials pages.

7. How long will it take before my design is ready?

Custom designed websites are typically ready within 30 to 60 days, starter websites are ready within 2 to 4 weeks, and logo designs and print designs within 2 to 3 weeks. Your initial design will be presented to you about one week from the time you place your order. The remaining time in the estimates above are for revision time, and in the case of websites, time to build the website. Projects may vary slightly depending on complexity of the project.

8. Can you get my design to me quicker?

Yes, we do offer rush orders for an additional fee. Please contact us if you need your design order rushed and we will work to accomodate your requests.
